Our Wind Chimes are supported by Grace Note Windchimes who proudly stand by these products.

These wind chimes are intended for outdoor use and will provide years of enjoyment with little or no maintenance. The Petite, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, Super, Deluxe and Steeple Chimes now feature recycled composite lumber strikers, which are environmentally friendly and create a softer contact sound when applied to the chime's tubing. These strikers are not subject to drying or cracking, and require no maintenance. If you have any questions about these new strikers, please call (209) 966-4194.

In corrosive environments, like coastal areas, the chimes will maintain a high luster if treated semi-annually with a protective lubricant such as gun oil or silicon spray. If cleaning is desired, we suggest that you use a non-metallic scouring pad. Do not use steel wool. Chimes made prior to 2004 are guaranteed against breakage for 5 years, and all chimes made since carry a 10 year guarantee due to product improvements.

Windchime Repair
Grace Note Windchimes now guarantees these products for 10 years  and as many of you know they far outlive their warranty. Although exposure to harsh  elements will eventually affect even the highest quality materials. That is why Grace Note Windchimes offer a complete windchime repair. Their repair includes new strings, composite striker, windplate,  rebrushed  tubes and new top ring, basically your chime comes back to you just like brand new. Once your chime is received it is repaired and shipped back to you (please allow 3-4 weeks for return).

Breeze and Mariah chimes with 3/8" rod or 7/16" tube cannot be repaired. If you own one of these chimes in need of repair please contact us.

The price of the repair depends on the size of your chime:

$15.00 for a Little Grace Notes Natural
$32.00 for a Petite, Small, Medium or Petite Steeple
$36.00 for a Large or Regular Steeple
$39.00 for an Extra Large
$45.00 for Super or Deluxe Chimes
